Do you require access to my Amazon Seller Central account, and is my information secure?
Yes, Prep Online requires permissioned access to the Manage Inventory section of your Seller Central account to create and manage FBA shipments on your behalf. This permissioned access does not grant them access to your sensitive personal or business information. All staff are bound by non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
What does the Priority Member Service include and what are the costs?
